After working on the iconic Prisme Libre from Parfums Givenchy during her internship, she is now International Product Manager, responsible for the strategic analysis and product development of Rose Perfecto, the Givenchy couture lip balm. Immersed in these diverse environments, Marie developed her agility, analytical skills, and a valuable international perspective. “Working with so many different markets require a lot of adaptation. These experiences made me more autonomous, more confident, and especially more adaptable to varied environments.”, she shares. The combination of on-the-ground experience and analytical expertise is providing her with meaningful insights into navigating diverse cultures and consumer behaviors. Her advice to future participants? “Don't hesitate and apply! The GLOW program is an incredible chance to push yourself, learn, and open yourself to other cultures. Be curious, flexible, and don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. It's an intense but extremely rewarding experience." In his new role, Romain will continue to lead LVMH Fragrance Brands as CEO and expand to the Fragrance Group LVMH Beauty, which includes Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Acqua di Parma, Loewe Perfumes, and Officine Universelle Buly 1803.
