🚘 A new chapter is beginning for our automotive teams! We are proud to announce that we have been chosen to support the #restyling of two iconic models in the #automotive market. Activities have been ramping up since August 2025 and mark a new stage in our collaboration with a leading #manufacturer. 👉 Restyling is a strategic step in a vehicle's life cycle: it involves updating an existing model to extend its #appeal and #competitiveness in the market, while retaining the identity that made it successful. 📈 This project represents 44 months of collaboration and more than 600,000 hours of #engineering, 70% of which was carried out by our teams based in North Africa. 🚀 A new milestone for our #aeronautics department! We are proud to announce that we have obtained EASA PART 145 Base approval, which complements the PART 145 Line approval obtained in 2024. This international #certification, issued by the European Aviation Safety Agency (#EASA), now authorises our teams to carry out heavy and complex #maintenance operations on a wide range of #helicopters (H225, H215, H145, H135, AS350). This achievement: ✅ Strengthens our credibility and competitiveness with operators and contractors. ✅ Opens the way to new markets, both in France and internationally. ✅ Highlights the expertise, rigour and commitment of our employees. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Cyril Roger as Executive Chairman of SEGULA Technologies. Cyril Roger previously led the Group between 1999 and 2006 as Chairman of the Executive Board. He returns with even more experience, gained in large international organisations and engineering and consulting firms. His career, notably at Altran, where he headed up Europe and Key Accounts before becoming Deputy Chief Executive Officer, as well as his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Smart4Engineering and Chairman of Valinor, have given him solid expertise in team management, complex project management and strategic support. In a context of major changes in the industry, his arrival illustrates our desire to strengthen our governance, consolidate the trust of our clients and mobilise our talents to continue the Group's development in France and internationally.
