I recently had the chance to sit down with two other passionate brewers who are each tackling regenerative sourcing. From the bold experimentation of Brussels Beer Project, to the strategic sustainability work at Duvel Moortgat, and Carlsberg Groups regenerative ambitions, we together explored what it really takes to shift supply chains toward regeneration.
