🗞️ [JUST RELEASED] Updated OECD transfer pricing country profiles The OECD transfer pricing country profiles focus on the key transfer pricing aspects of countries’ domestic tax legislation, including the arm's length principle, comparability analysis, intangible property, intra-group services, administrative approaches to avoiding and resolving disputes, safe harbour and other implementation measures. Following a first series of updates released in May 2025, the OECD just released a second batch of updated transfer pricing country profiles, reflecting the current transfer pricing legislation and practices of 12 jurisdictions (Austria, Belgium, Canada, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, and Spain). These latest country profiles introduce new insights on the transfer pricing treatment of hard-to-value intangibles and the simplified and streamlined approach for baseline marketing and distribution activities. Further updates will be published throughout the second half of 2025.
