Digitizing the guest experience for an upcoming social club in Paris. As the tech lead for the project, I'm collaborating closely with the PO to build the technology required. We're bringing under one app the digital system required to run the guest experience for a hotel, restaurant, coworking space and fitness space.

- identify road blocks before they happen to ensure good progress
- setup process to maintain high quality of the app
- work with product owner to prioritize as necessary to reach very aggressive timeline
- set up work process to work with other teams (backend, UX)

Travelaer (now part of PROS) had a design for a world renowned airline's website. I worked to adapt the design to the mobile app format. Also working with the team to figure out the technical constraint of the project for implementation.

Implement a continuous integration system for iPhone and Android apps. Including running UI test on AWS device farm.

Investigate, find root cause and fix issues in the iPhone app and on Parse Server that prevented user to sign in. Causing large issue in user acquisition.

Community rock climbing guidebook for the iPhone. Climbers could go outside and find free guide for climbing areas including picture and GPS position for individual climbs.
This project included a fully featured iphone app (facebook connection, map, user rating), a web site and REST web services

Worked on the next version of excel for windows phone. No web site yet as it has not been released yet

A world class website for the office product

Lecture recording solution for teacher that synchronized the lecture slides to the audio and then published as a podcast for future student consumption. A big emphasis was put on having a very straight forward user experience to minimize impact on lecture period.

Build and launch an application for rock climber to physically train with an audio coach to level up their climbing skills

A cancelled project which would have brought to the market a sequel to Train Simulator
