We’re excited to share that Practical Education Network is a founding member of the newly launched Ghana Alliance, a collective of 12 organisations committed to meaningful youth participation, youth agency, and advocacy across Ghana. Last week, at the inaugural Ghana Alliance Summit, we joined hands with fellow members to amplify youth voices, advance agency, and champion a future where every young person has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to their communities, and beyond. At PEN, we’ve long witnessed the brilliance, creativity, and power of young Ghanaians. This Alliance is rooted in a belief we deeply hold: that young people are not just tomorrow’s leaders, they are today’s changemakers, and they deserve real, practical platforms to exercise their agency. Together, we’re moving beyond token participation to build transformative spaces where young people shape policy, lead innovation, and advocate for the solutions their communities need most. The Ghana Alliance is about more than working for youth, it’s about working with them in spaces where their experiences, ideas, and leadership drive sustainable change.
