Selection tool resize bug

Issue description:
Trying to resize selection tool but result tends to either undo the selection tool to the size and position from before or bugged out completely if this is the first thing you do right after opening pixelorama.

Resize should work either using the arrow to resize 1 pixel at a time or by typing /2 or *2 in the width or height box for a quick resize. Both function is broken.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Choose selection tool (Rectangular selection or Elliptical selection)
2. Draw on canvas in any size
3. Resize the selection by clicking the arrow or typing /2 or *2 in the width or height box
