…support from apache#23762 - required for supporting running Pulsar 3.0 Kinesis IO on an Alpine based image - also updates Kinesis producer library version to 0.15.12 - newer version uses AWS STS for tokens and setting the STS endpoint and port is required when testing with LocalStack
