SUMMARY
Most importantly, this PR adds Hungary to the country map.
It also updates some pandas syntax to resolve a warning about a method breaking in the future.
It also (as a side effect) adds
namefields to all geojson files ¯\_(ツ)_/¯BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF
