libcrashlytics-trampoline.so missing in Crashlytics NDK for 18.3.1

The Crashlytics NDK 18.3.1 is not capturing native crashes for Android API 29+ because libcrashlytics-trampoline.so is being removed from the artifact.

A change to a dependency in the way we build the Crashlytics NDK left libcrashlytics-trampoline.so out of the artifact. This only affects Android API 29+. We fixed the build process in #4311.

This is fixed in firebase-crashlytics-ndk:18.3.2
