Add deprecation logging to org.gradle.util.GUtil.toWords(string)

This could not be done in #21843 for Gradle 7.6 because the Android Gradle Plugin still uses that method.

This issue needs to be fixed first:

• ANDROID-245405989 - Android Gradle Plugin should not use the deprecated GUtil.toWords(string) function - AGP 8.0

All requirements have been met, this is actionable!
