Cant get education benefits 20 times in row, please help

Hi everyone,

For last week I was trying to get github educational benefits, unfortunately I did not succeeded. The problem appears to be the fact that review team that checks my student id is...
Well, my student id is in ukrainian, so I translated every part of it to english: College name, Expiration date, my name e.t.c.
I submitted it dozens of times but get declined every single time. The reason appears to be 2 things.
1 You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub User Profile with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document.

My profile name is EXACTLY as my name.

2. Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first and last name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. Variations of your name and nicknames are unacceptable.

And again, my Billing information contains my full 100% correct name
P.S. Yes, I tried switching last and first name places and other possibilities, all imaginable variations, nothing helps
P.P.S. Yes, and typing it all in English not helped

Hi @grinvich76,

It's very likely that the automated system can't read properly your manually translated student ID, if possible translate it digitally and submit the photo.

Remember to log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying.

If you still experience problems with the application, contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Hi, thanks for replying. Could you please tell me how to do it? Given the fact that you cant upload photo and MUST shoot it irl. Should I make xerox copy and just put them side to side?

You're welcome @grinvich76, something similar to the above should work, for example a printed word or pdf document with your details translated. This will make it easier for the bot to read your information correctly.

I see @grinvich76, I suggest the following: change your full name in both profile and billing information to English, log out/log back in and try again.
