In the current pp system flow aim is a part of normal aim and speed.
This change separates it into a separate skill, that allows big amount of buffs on underweight maps.
Maps that built of patterns that are not buffed by evaluator changes are meant to stay close to their current values.
Snap Aim evaluator is modified in a way that allows it to work with flow aim without rewriting everything.
This means that some of AimEvaluator bonuses were changed to account for patterns that are double-buffed by new and existing bonuses.
