Allow setting/configuring advanced parameters for LTTng

Since we are now using custom lttng-ctl Python bindings (#81), adding support for more advanced parameters is totally doable. Other than supporting the perf counters, which those custom bindings allowed us to do, we haven't really had a strong need to support any other advanced parameters. Therefore, I'll close this for now, and we can re-evaluate once a need arises.
