The toolbar in the Editor's ImageBrowser is not rendered correctly with jQuery 3.5.x

Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this example - https://dojo.telerik.com/oSUfaYaP
2. Open the ImageBrowser.

Current behavior

The toolbar is not rendered correctly. Items are differently positioned.

Expected/desired behavior
