Grid copy selection has incorrect offset for the header row

Bug Report

When a selection of cells is coppied and then pasted in an excel file, the header and rest of the rows are not aligned properly. This issue occurs when the first(or a few of the first) columns are skipped and the selection is made only for the rest of the columns.

First reported in ticket 1546046.

Reproduction of the problem

Dojo:

Select several cells/rows starting from the third and fourth columns and paste them in Excel.

Current behavior

The header is not properly aligned with the rest of the data.

Expected/desired behavior

The header should be aligned with the rest of the rows.
