Spreadsheet wrong rounding and formatting #6879

Bug report
Number 11459599.054999957 will be automatically truncated to 11459599.055. When formatted up to the second digit after the decimal separator, that would be represented as 11459599.06, which is wrong. 11459599.054999957 must be represented as 11459599.05.
