Grid that is initialized from table is missing the row hover styles

Bug report

The Grid is missing some of the styles when the component is initialized from an existing HTML table.

Reproduction of the problem

Check the online demo here:
https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/grid/from-table

Try to hover over the table rows.

Current behavior

Nothing happens when hovering over the rows.

Expected/desired behavior

Check the same demo using an older version:

The hover styles are applied when the user hovers over a row.

Environment

• Kendo UI version: 2023.2.829 (regression introduced with 2023.1.314)
• jQuery version: 3.4.1
