FileManager's Search placeholder does not update as per the messages

Bug report

In the FileManager, if you try to override the default Search message through the messages.toolbar.search option, the new message is not being set.

Note: The same applies to the Rename and Delete options in the ContextMenu. That is not part of the regression, as those messages were never properly updated as per the configuration.
