At AspisID/Intragen, we don’t need a special occasion to come together—but traditions help! 🎂✨ We recently held our Vasilopita gathering, a Greek custom where a hidden coin in the cake brings luck to the one who finds it. A great excuse to connect, share a moment, and enjoy being part of a team.

Οur strength lies in our people, and today, we want to shine a spotlight on three of our incredible leaders who guide our teams every day. 💡 Our team leaders are not just professionals; they are mentors, collaborators, and champions of growth. Each one brings their unique strengths and expertise to create an environment where innovation, learning, and teamwork thrive. Here’s what some of our leaders learned through their leadership journey: Panos Georgakopoulos: Effective communication and active listening create transparency, build trust, and bring teams closer together. When we truly listen to each other, collaboration improves, and real progress happens. Marios Anastasakos: Sometimes the best way to lead is to step back and let the team find their own solutions. Trusting the process is key. Grigoris Gkionis: Leadership isn’t about control—it’s about setting goals, giving support, and guiding the team to success.
