EFA Group welcomes new leadership. Dr. Grigoris Koutsogiannis has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of EFA Group. With over 20 years of experience in the Defense and Security sector, he brings extensive expertise in engineering, project management, and international business development. His career journey includes roles at Mitsubishi Electric and Lockheed Martin, and most recently at L3Harris Technologies, where he served as Regional Director for the Middle East, North Africa, India, and Greece. At EFA Group, he will guide the next phase of our growth—both organic and through strategic expansion—working closely with our leadership teams to strengthen innovation and broaden our international presence.
