HKEX’s subsidiary, OTC Clear, now accepts Chinese Government Bonds and Policy Bank Bonds held by international investors through Bond Connect as margin collateral for all derivative transactions cleared by OTC Clear. In the first three months of 2025, early trading hours ADV on Cboe's U.S. cash #equities exchanges was 93.9 million, compared to 39.8 million in 2024. [#DEAL] MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司, a majority government-owned public transport operator in Hong Kong, has successfully priced its debut US$3 billion subordinated perpetual hybrid securities offering. The transaction was the largest USD corporate subordinated perpetual securities in Asia ex. Japan. It has also achieved the highest-ever ratings for a USD subordinated perpetual issuance from S&P Global and Moody’s globally. Proceeds raised will fund general operational purposes and support MTR’s future infrastructure projects.
