🗺️Ireland’s Talent Pool is Growing – and Diversifying🌎 In recent data from CSO (Central Statistics Office Ireland), the year to April 2024, #Ireland saw 149,000 people arrive – the highest #immigration level in 16 years – while 69,000 departed, the highest since 2015. Over half of new arrivals are aged 25–44, the prime working years, bringing fresh skills and perspectives into our economy. Talent is coming from across the globe, with notable inflows from #India, #Ukraine, #Brazil, the #EU, and the #UK. Today, Ireland’s population stands at 5.45 million, with 81% #Irish nationals and an increasingly international workforce. For employers, this presents both opportunity and responsibility: 🔹Access to a wider, more diverse talent pool. 🔹The need for effective integration strategies to maximise skills and cultural strengths. 🔹Greater potential to fill critical skills gaps, particularly in growth sectors.
