Our work begins where vision meets execution. Today, at Margalit Startup City Jerusalem, we hosted a Canadian investors’ delegation co-organized by the Consulate General of Israel in Toronto and Western Canada, led by Daryna Zhydenko together with Neil Grunberg and Story Capital Partners Across the JVP and Margalit Startup City ecosystem, we showed how innovation is deployed at scale with clear unit economics. ThetaRay, led in the session by Barak Klein, showed how AI-driven transaction monitoring enables global banks to fight financial crime while growing cross-border business. Greeneye Technology, with Gadi Porat, detailed precision spraying that cuts herbicide use and cost while improving yields for large-scale growers. Wonder Veggies, presented by Danny Weiss, illustrated how data-driven agri-food innovation moves from pilot to shelf with clear unit economics. Nanit, with Alexandre Dahan, shared how computer vision and analytics translate into better sleep, better health insights, and a category-defining consumer brand. Our thanks to Devora Mason for leading and organizing the visit together with Riki Mozes, and to our partners across JVP for the collaboration that makes these working sessions productive. The result is more than a visit- it is a stronger bridge between #Israel and #Canada - shared innovation, shared purpose, and real opportunities to build market leaders from Jerusalem to North America.

Proud to stand by ThetaRay, as its board meeting at Margalit Startup City , our International Hub in New York, brought together leaders from around the world to celebrate the latest milestones and plan ahead. A productive workshop at JVP and Margalit Startup City NYC highlighted new opportunities for innovation and collaboration across Europe, with Germany emerging at the center of the continent’s next major transformation. Strong leadership is driving the transformation of traditional industries, from insurance and banking to automotive and cloud, as these sectors are rapidly reshaped through AI and cybersecurity. It was a pleasure to collaborate in this workshop and present leading Israeli technologies in AI, cybersecurity, and deep tech, which are now being integrated into the financial systems that need them most: Earnix, ThetaRay, Centrical, Morphisec, Akeyless Security, Chain Reaction Ltd., and Greeneye Technology. Special thanks to Dr. Lutz-Christian Funke, Secretary-General of KfW Group, kENUP Africa foundation, and Dr. Marcus Winter, President & CEO of Munich Re North America, for an insightful discussion and deep dive into this exciting new chapter of global innovation. Revolutionizing the future of global banking from our #SoHo hub. Last week, BNP Paribas’ former Global CIO & Senior Advisor to the General Management, Bernard GAVGANI, and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors in the U.S., Jean-Yves Fillion joined us at Margalit Startup City New York to explore new collaborations between global financial institutions and field-proven Israeli technologies. Great demonstration of #Israel, #NewYork, and #Paris working together, collaborating, and driving meaningful change as #AI is integrated into the financial markets. During their visit, they met ControlUp, delivering banks resilient, always-on operations through real-time digital experience, root-cause analytics, and self-healing automation; Morphisec, preventing ransomware before it strikes; Akeyless Security, already securing cloud secrets without a vault in banks worldwide; ThetaRay, exposing hidden financial crimes with AI; and Centrical, leveraging AI to revolutionize workforce performance, boosting engagement, results, and personal success. When established technologies meet institutions ready to lead transformation, change begins. Every breakthrough in technology begins with people solving real problems. That is where true impact begins. This week in New York, we saw how these human needs and global challenges are being addressed through the power of AI. From cybersecurity and financial services, to insurance, network management, SaaS, climate and wellness, our companies are showing how innovation can transform entire industries. Earnix, ThetaRay and INSHUR are reshaping the way financial services and insurance operate. ControlUp and Pyramid Analytics are changing how organizations manage networks and data. Nanit is creating a new global standard in family wellness and sleep technology. Together with leading international investors, and through advanced investment structures such as Continuation Vehicles, we are scaling these companies beyond growth into true market leadership. And with hubs in New York, London, Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Be’er Sheva, the Galilee, Paris, Munich and Milan, we are connecting ecosystems and building bridges that turn local innovation into global opportunity. This is how we see the next chapter of technology. This is the JVP way. JVP, Margalit Startup City ,Erel N. Today, JVP closed a $290M Continuation Vehicle in partnership with TPG to power Earnix’s AI-driven transformation of the global insurance industry. We’re excited to partner with TPG, alongside Insight Partners, as we continue building Earnix into the leading AI platform for the insurance and financial services sectors. This transaction delivers 8.7x returns to JVP’s early investors and positions Earnix for its next phase of global expansion. Earnix’s cloud-native AI platform already powers 100+ tier-1 institutions across 35+ countries—including AXA, Generali, Tokio Marine, Banco Santander, IAG, and Munich Re—redefining real-time pricing, rating, underwriting, and personalization. This Continuation Vehicle - one of the largest of its kind for a venture capital firm - underscores JVP’s conviction in Earnix’s long-term potential. We’re proud to welcome TPG to the group of world-class investors supporting this next chapter, alongside Hamilton Lane, Partners Group, HighVista Strategies, Committed Advisors, Hollyport Capital, and Lexington Partners. This is the JVP Way: investing and reinvesting in the companies we believe in, and taking a hands-on approach to company building that consistently turns best-in-class technologies into category-leading global businesses. This approach has produced dozens of significant IPOs and acquisitions from Israel and New York, including CyberArk (NASDAQ: CYBR), where JVP held a 47% stake at IPO and was recently acquired by Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW) for $25B, Qlik $3B sale, Cogent Communications NASDAQ: CCOI) $3.5B sale, and more. We’re proud of the Earnix leadership and teams across North America, Europe, Israel, and APAC as the company advances as an international leader in AI-powered insurance technology. Erel N. JVP פרסם מחדש את זה When art meets technology. Last night at Margalit Startup City – JVP Hub in New York, we brought together exactly what this place was built for: founders, investors, creators, and thinkers under one roof. Alongside the opening of Hava Mizrachi’s art exhibition, we celebrated the power of innovation with three of our standout companies: ControlUp, shaping the future of digital employee experience; ThetaRay, leading AI-driven financial crime prevention; and Leadspace, transforming B2B sales and marketing with AI-powered customer data platforms. Thank you to our partners, friends, and the teams at ControlUp, ThetaRay, and Leadspace for making this evening more than just an event — a real expression of how technology, art, and culture come together to shape the future. And yes, Café Zibetto’s espresso martinis helped too. Jed Ayres | Peter Reynolds | Eric Presbrey | Yoav Tzruya | Lauren Kiel | Eden Margalit
