Yi Chun Green Technology was founded in #2019 and is dedicated to solving the issue of #diaperwaste through its patented #recycling technology, converting #disposablediapers into high-value #recycledmaterials for #industrial use. By remanufacturing plastic waste into durable #consumergoods, Yi Chun demonstrates a closed-loop approach and the potential for #sustainable product design. • 𝒓𝑺𝑨𝑷 𝑾𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑹𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒔: The image displays globe-shaped balls made with #superabsorbent polymers (rSAP) derived from #recycled sources. These compounds are used in #agriculture for #waterretention—helping farmers #optimize water usage and #supporting climate resilience in #aridland. The company’s technology even enables these #recycledpolymers to be used in park #benches, #furniture, and #catlitter. • 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒚𝒄𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒊𝒂𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒔: Yi Chun’s core technology involves #cleaning and #decomposing used diapers, which otherwise contribute significant amounts of #landfillwaste—especially in care homes where adult diapers make up to #80% of daily #garbage.
