ASIN Buy Box Suppression on Amazon – What Sellers Need to Know! One of the biggest challenges Amazon sellers face is Buy Box suppression. Even if your listing is active and well-optimized, your ASIN can lose the Buy Box due to: Price not being competitive Missing automated pricing rules Gaps in fulfillment or offer conditions When the Buy Box is suppressed, customers see “See All Buying Options” instead of the prominent Buy Now/Add to Cart button—leading to a direct hit on conversion and sales velocity. Solution? Enable Automated Pricing By setting up automated pricing rules (e.g., “Competitive Buy Box” strategy), you can: Ensure your items win the Buy Box more consistently React instantly to competitor price changes Maintain 100% Buy Box eligibility for offers with active features Protect margins with minimum & maximum price guardrails In a competitive marketplace, not using automated pricing is leaving money on the table. Winning the Buy Box isn’t just about price—it’s about visibility, trust, and conversions. Sellers, if Buy Box suppression is impacting your sales, it’s time to revisit your pricing automation strategy. Review your sales report and the BB winning %, ensure to review the pricing health daily to check if any asin's is BB suppressed. #Palcify #AmazonSellers #EcommerceGrowth #BuyBox #AutomatedPricing #AmazonFBA

Amazon Commingling – Convenience or Risk? Many FBA sellers aren’t fully aware of what commingling means for their business. Amazon offers a “Stickerless, Commingled Inventory” option, where identical products from multiple sellers are pooled together in the fulfillment network. When a buyer orders, Amazon ships the closest available unit — even if it wasn’t originally yours. Sounds efficient, right? But here’s the catch… Risks of Commingling: If another seller’s counterfeit or poor-quality item gets shipped, your account takes the hit. Returns, authenticity complaints, and bad reviews can pile up — even when your own products are genuine. You lose control over what actually reaches your customer. Pros of Commingling: Faster shipping (Amazon picks the nearest inventory). Reduced prep costs (no FNSKU labels). Simpler inbound process. Best Practice: If you’re a brand owner or private-label seller, always stick to Stickered Inventory (FNSKU labels) so only your stock is shipped to your customers. If you’re reselling widely available items, weigh the trade-off between convenience and control carefully. At the end of the day, customer trust is your real asset. Losing it over commingling risks isn’t worth the short-term efficiency.

Interested to know more about Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) on Amazon? Here’s what you need to understand! Becoming a Seller Fulfilled Prime seller is more than just a badge—it’s a commitment to delivering the fast, reliable Prime experience directly from your warehouse. But the path has a process, and understanding it upfront can save time and help you succeed. Two Steps to Enroll in SFP: 1. Pre-qualify for the trial: Domestic US shipping address Amazon Professional selling account Last 90 days: ≥ 100 seller-fulfilled packages shipped Cancellation rate < 2.5% Valid tracking rate > 95% Late shipment rate < 4% 2. Pass the 30-day trial: Ship ≥ 100 Prime trial packages On-time delivery ≥ 93.5% Tracking rate ≥ 99% Seller-initiated cancellations ≤ 0.5% Consistent weekly Prime shipping Meet delivery speed targets based on package size Pro Tip: Missing any requirement for two weeks during the trial means you won’t pass. Important Considerations: Trial Limits: Maximum 3 attempts per year. Pre-qualify before retrying. Restricted Graduation Periods: Trials near high-volume events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Christmas) may have special rules to ensure you can handle peak demand. Strategic Timing: Passing SFP just before a big event? Your Prime badge will appear after the event ends, so plan accordingly. What challenges did you face in hitting the delivery and tracking requirements? We can help you sort out everything on SFP. Lets connect! #Palcify #AmazonSFP #PrimeTagging

Amazon FBA Prime vs FBA Non-Prime – What Sellers Need to Know! When you sell through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), your products may or may not be Prime-eligible—and that difference can dramatically impact sales. FBA Prime gives you: Prime Badge – A trust signal customers instantly recognize Fast, Free Shipping – 1–2 day delivery (sometimes same-day/next-day) Buy Box Advantage – Higher odds of being the Featured Offer Customer Trust – 62% of shoppers expect free shipping within 3 days FBA Non-Prime means: Standard delivery speeds (no Prime branding) Still backed by Amazon’s fulfillment network Lower delivery expectations, but less competitive for Buy Box Special Programs to consider: FBA Small & Light → For low-cost, lightweight items (cheaper fees, free standard shipping, but no 2-day Prime). Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) → Ship from your own warehouse with Prime badge (requires strict performance + trial period). Key takeaway: Prime eligibility = higher visibility, stronger customer trust, and better conversion rates. Missing that blue badge could mean leaving sales on the table. Have you tested Prime vs Non-Prime listings? Did you see a big difference in conversion? We can help you setup the Shipping Template and General Settings to perfectly map prime vs non-prime listings. Amazon Brand owners, here’s how you can protect your products & build lasting trust with customers. Counterfeits aren’t just lost sales—they damage customer trust and dilute your brand equity. That’s where Amazon Transparency steps in. With unique Transparency codes on every product unit, you can: Prevent counterfeits from reaching customers—only authentic units pass through. Engage buyers post-purchase—shoppers can scan codes via the Amazon or Transparency app to confirm authenticity and unlock brand content (videos, guides, instructions). Gain supply chain visibility—track products at batch or lot level, identify issues, and optimize operations. How it works: Enroll your brand & products in Transparency. Label each unit with a unique code (or use your own serialized codes). Codes are scanned → only verified authentic items are shipped. Customers scan → trust, loyalty, and engagement grow. Already serializing your products? Good news—you can integrate Transparency using your existing codes. Whether you’re scaling globally or protecting niche SKUs, Transparency helps ensure every product delivered is 100% yours—no compromises. Curious to know if your brand is eligible? Let's connect & start exploring it in-depth. #Palcify #AmazonBrandProtection #Transparency

New Amazon Seller Central Update: Image Manager with Source Transparency Managing product images just got easier! Amazon has rolled out a new feature in Image Manager that lets you instantly identify whether the images on your product detail page come from: One of your own selling accounts A vendor under your partner account Or another selling partner Here’s what’s new: Images are now tagged as Live or Not Live Hover over the info icon to see the exact origin source (including account number & merchant token) Greater transparency and control across your listings This solves a long-standing challenge where multiple sellers on the same ASIN made it hard to know whose images were being displayed. Now, you can track and manage them effortlessly—ensuring compliance with Amazon’s image requirements and delivering the best customer experience. To try it: Go to Seller Central → Image Manager (https://lnkd.in/g45QZcdH) To use the tool, go to Image Manager (https://lnkd.in/gjDXfQZm) Do you see this as a game-changer for catalog management, especially for protecting brand visuals? #Palcify #AmazonImageManager #AmazonCreatives
