Homegrown luxury beauty and hospitality brand Kimirica has raised ~$15M from Carnelian Asset Management and Advisors Pvt Ltd, led by Vikas Khemani. Founded in 2013 by Mohit Jain, Rajat Jain, Kimi Jain, and Rica Jain, Kimirica supplies to over 10,000 luxury hotels and airlines, and exports to 70+ countries. The company plans to grow revenue from ₹300 crore to ₹1,000 crore in 3–4 years, strengthen its B2B arm Kimirica Hunter, and expand its vegan, cruelty-free D2C brand Kimirica Lifestyle. A 6 lakh sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Indore will power its global ambitions. Bengaluru-based Asaya, a research-driven skincare brand, has raised ₹28 crore in pre-Series A funding led by RPSG Capital, with participation from Dot & Key Skincare founders Suyash Saraf and Anisha Agarwal Saraf, along with existing investors OTP Ventures and Huddle Ventures. Founded by Neeraj Biyani, along with two FMCG and consumer industry veterans with over 23 years of experience each, Asaya focuses on solving hyperpigmentation through its patented molecule MelaMe™, clinically proven to deliver results in 14 days. The brand has achieved 400% YoY growth and 5x revenue growth in the last year.
