Kolkata’s Real Estate Momentum Accelerates in Q3 2025 🌇 Kolkata’s real estate sector continues to gain strength across segments — from workplaces to homes to retail streets. What’s driving this momentum? ✅ Office: Leasing touched 0.67 million sq. ft., up 65% y-o-y, led by IT occupiers (57%) and flex operators (22%) which reflects a solid revival in corporate activity. ✅ Residential: Over 5,100 new units launched, marking a 56% y-o-y growth. The peripheral submarkets contributed 79% of new supply which is a clear sign of expanding urbanisation and housing demand. ✅ Retail: Main streets dominated with 98% of total leasing, fuelled by fashion brands (60%) and hypermarkets (17%), highlighting shifting consumer trends and stronger spending appetite.
