Sanjib Kumar Das has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bandhan-Konnagar, taking charge of steering the organization’s comprehensive social development and educational initiatives across India. In his new role, Sanjib leads a wide portfolio including Bandhan Konnagar’s high-impact social development projects, Bandhan School of Business at Shantiniketan, the chain of Bandhan Schools, Bandhan School of Development Management, the Bandhan Climate Action Program, skill development initiatives in partnership with NSDC, health and financial literacy programs, and women empowerment projects through digital literacy. His leadership aims to amplify Bandhan-Konnagar’s impact, supporting poverty alleviation and empowerment of marginalized communities across the country. Sanjib brings over a decade of leadership experience in social impact, education, and CSR-driven initiatives. Prior to this, he served as CEO & Executive Director at The George Telegraph Group, leading award-winning CSR and ESG practices and building future-ready education and skill development platforms across India. He has also held key leadership roles at NSHM Knowledge Campus, Educomp, and Pearson Education, driving nationwide skilling, vocational education, and employability programs impacting thousands of youth and women.
