The round includes the issuance of over 𝟑𝟔,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐁 𝐂𝐂𝐏𝐒 at a price of $𝟏𝟔𝟓.𝟎𝟔 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞, valuing the company at a promising trajectory for the future. Post-round, Vertex Ventures will hold a commanding 𝟐𝟐.𝟖𝟖% 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞, while Avaana and Chakra Growth will hold 17.02% and 1.51%, respectively. Since its inception in 2020, Kazam has been on a mission to build a smart, accessible, and scalable EV charging network. Battery health is the new odometer in India’s EV resale market. One of the most underrated challenges in EV adoption? The lack of transparency in battery condition for pre-owned EVs. Without a standard “Battery Score” (think Credit Score for EVs), banks, buyers, and insurers are still hesitant. The solution?
