Senior HR professional with over 22 years of experience in the paper processing, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, chemicals and engineering industry domains. Over the years, I have been associated with reputed industry leaders such as Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co, Atul Ltd, Adani Group, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, and JK Paper Ltd.

I have gained extensive exposure to multiple aspects of the function including HR strategic initiatives, leadership development, employee relations, talent acquisition & management while maintaining statutory & legal compliance.

I have proven my competence in setting up HR function and operations, devising HR policies and supporting the business growth to achieve sustainable and profitable business. I am adept in leading teams, interacting with cross-cultural resources and working closely with external consultants. I have also gained hands on experience at partnering with businesses across organizations, ensuring alignment of HR with the business objectives.

I have contributed extensively across all HR streams, and in particular in talent acquisition, manpower planning, employee engagement, PMS, L&D, budgeting, OD, change management, succession planning and others. I have been a strong Change Agent and have facilitated change across organizations with effective communications, employee interactions, trust building, liaising and coordination, coaching, forcing clarity and managing other’s uncertainty.
