🎯 Proud to be part of this ecosystem! Today is the last day to get a closer look at the #H2TowTractor, one of five innovative hydrogen-based projects present in the Innovation Hub of the Tomorrow.Mobility (DEMO AREA - Innovation playground Hall 3). Francesco Guaraldi and Luca Spaggiari (#AESS) look forward to showing you the strengths and features of H2TowTractor, a hydrogen-powered vehicle destined to transform logistics and freight transport with an innovative hydrogen retrofit kit for tow tractors used in large logistics hubs, such as airports and wholesale markets. This kit will transform existing vehicles into hydrogen-powered units, offering extended range, reduced refueling times, and a sustainable solution for continuous operations. 🙏 The consortium includes an energy agency, vehicle manufacturers, and hydrogen system specialists. Our thanks go to all those who contributed to the project's success: ATA Tow Tractors, Arco Technologies Inc, Basque Country Mobility and Logistics Cluster, and to EIT Urban Mobility, the initiative of the EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology that promotes this European ecosystem focused on the transition toward cleaner and more efficient logistics, aligning with European decarbonization goals. #Hydrogen #Innovation #Mobility #EITUrbanMobility #TomorrowMobilityWorldCongress
🚀 Creating a True Ecosystem Today at the demo area of #TomorrowMobilityWorldCongress (Hall 3, Fira 2 Barcelona) you can see a perfect example of what it means to build an #ecosystem around innovation that helps transition toward #netzeroemissions. 5 hydrogen-related mobility projects are on display, each showcasing European ingenuity and collaboration. These teams embody the very best of what Europe has to offer: talent, a strong sense of European belonging, courage to take risks, creativity, and teamwork. In Europe, we must not only put innovation back at the center of our policy, but also be able to 💥recalibrate expectations,💥 keep supporting and 💥 protect the ecosystems we create. This is exactly what we strive to do every day at EIT Urban Mobility. 💪💚 (from left to right in the picture): 🔹 #HERO (ES, DE) – developed by EKPO Fuel Cell Technologies GmbH Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) and EVARM represented by Alicia Rodríguez Luna, presenting the first small bus powered by a fuel cell. 🔹 #H2TowTractor (IT) – developed by Arco Technologies Inc, ATA, #CAAB,Cluster de Movilidad y Logistica, MLC ITS Euskadi and Agenzia per l'Energia e lo Sviluppo Sostenibile represented by Francesco Guaraldi and Luca Spaggiari.
