GammaDonna is a non-profit organization that, for over 20 years, has been promoting entrepreneurial talent as a driver of socio-economic development. Its mission is to reduce the gender gap, foster inclusive innovation, and accelerate the creation of regenerative and circular business ecosystems.
Founded in 2004, GammaDonna enhances the entrepreneurial potential of women and young people, supporting their ability to innovate, lead change, and generate positive impact despite structural challenges. Through its initiatives, it facilitates dialogue and collaboration among startups, SMEs, corporates, investors, institutions, and innovation stakeholders.
Its flagship initiative, the GammaDonna Award, is a nationwide empowerment program that highlights and supports female entrepreneurs driving innovation and sustainability within their companies.
Complementing this, the GammaDonna BEEz Tour brings innovation and enterprise into the spotlight across Italy’s lesser-known territories, engaging local communities, amplifying youth and women’s voices, and bridging gaps between center and periphery.
GammaDonna is also an informal observatory and listening hub on emerging socio-economic trends, committed to advancing a culture of inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship in Italy.
