Milena piše iz ličnog iskustva: od „onlajn kafe“ i intervjua koji su preko noći postali standard, do povratka u kancelarije i pitanja zašto se vraćamo ako je onlajn rad mnogima doneo efikasnost i manju potrošnju vremena i novca. Posebno je zanimljiv podatak iz našeg istraživanja kandidata u Srbiji: 50% želi hibrid, 30% remote, a samo 20% isključivo kancelariju i nije retkost da odbiju ponudu ako se traži svakodnevni rad iz kancelarije. Fleksibilnost je postala nova radna valuta. Istovremeno, Milena podseća da su kreativnost i prenos znanja izazovniji na daljinu, pa je ključ u organizaciji posla i tima, ne u ekstremima (samo kancelarija ili samo remote). 🛍️ Last week, our team was at the Landquart Open Doors, where we got to show our brand to all the store managers and other partners of the Landquart Fashion Outlet. 💼 Our Branch Manager, Paola Giardini, and our Senior Consultant, Elèna Giuffrida, also had the chance to present our services, talking about our expertise in fashion and luxury. 👥 In the afternoon, they also had the chance to meet some interesting candidates at our booth.
