How do soft skills evolve when they meet Artificial Intelligence? 🌐 From November 17 to 21 in Trento, the Cluster “Soft Skills and AI” invites students to explore how empathy, creativity, and communication intersect with emerging technologies. Organized as a Blended Intensive Program (BIP) within the ECIU network, the Cluster offers 6 ECTS through five engaging micromodules, each taught by a different expert. Students will experience an intensive week of in-person sessions in Trento, followed by additional online classes through November and December. Open to SOI students, ECIU participants, and Erasmus partner university students, the program combines soft-skill development with practical AI insights: a perfect mix for those aiming at the SOI Innovation Certificate (1 Essential + 1 Domain + 4 Specialization credits). 🕓 Full attendance is required. 📍 In-person: Trento, Nov 17–21 | Online: Nov–Dec 🎓 6 ECTS | 36 hours To apply, send an email to [email protected] by Sunday, October 12. 🎓 A new academic year at the School of Innovation has officially begun! Last Friday, October 3, marked the start of a new journey for SOI students with the first session of the Management and Innovation Topics cluster, a program designed to strengthen key skills in areas such as Fintech, Open Innovation, and beyond. Through these interdisciplinary paths, students explore the evolving dynamics of business and innovation in a real-world context. But innovation is not only about new ideas or technologies: it’s about the values behind them. As Professor Erica Santini reminded the class, ethics is no longer a choice, but a key competence for anyone who wants to lead change consciously and responsibly. ✨ What does it mean to start a new academic year at the School of Innovation? It means bringing together students, faculty, and stakeholders to reflect, exchange, and imagine the future of innovation together. 🌌 SOI Opening Night, on 17 September, was a dynamic evening where different voices and perspectives converged. From the opportunities offered by the ECIU network to new experiences in Challenge-Based Learning, from the energy of student entrepreneurship and ENACTUS Trento initiatives to the reflections on past and future challenges, every contribution helped shape a shared vision of what innovation can be. 🎤 The evening culminated with the keynote by Victor Ranieri (Casavo), who reminded us that “nothing is permanent except change.” A powerful message for all future innovators, and the perfect closure for an event that celebrated learning through uncertainty and growth through community. 💡 Thank you to everyone who took part in this evening of dialogue and inspiration. We are ready to make this academic year a new chapter of transformation at School of Innovation.

What if rethinking education started from listening? 🎧 At the School of Innovation, we’ve turned students’ voices into a brand-new learning format. After months of conversations, interviews, and feedback, we understood something essential: 👉 The challenge isn't what students learn — but how and when they learn. That’s how the Clusters were born. A new format built with and for students — and that’s just the beginning. 📖 Curious about how we reshaped flexibility and interdisciplinarity into one single course format?
