Last month, we STEPS had the chance to be part of something truly energizing — a peer learning initiative that reminded us how much we can learn from each other. Collaboration is one of the best teachers. Together with European Training Foundation #DIGI #ENE initiative, we co-created a peer learning activity that brought fresh perspectives and real conversations to the table. When people come together to learn from one another, amazing things happen. It helps uncover new ideas, challenge assumptions, and strengthen our community of practice.
