🌐 In today’s hyperconnected world, inertia is a greater risk than disruption.   📗 In “Market Strategies in a Hyper-Connected World” (EgeaEditore, 2025), Alessandro Arbore argues that strategy must become a living process—constantly evolving, rarely fixed. Tommaso Buganza and I are delighted to share our latest research on the #adoption of #GenAI, just published in California Management Review Insights! Together with Cristiano Bellucci, we conducted interviews to explore how #Fujitsu embraced #GenAI adoption within the firm. The article examines the principles of #OpenInnovation and the potential of a dedicated #KnowledgeBase (or #MyGPTs, to be precise) to strengthen #collaboration across organizational functions, focusing on the case of the #VisionPlatform. This case will also be featured at the upcoming #PlatformThinkingHUB convention, where we’ll host an interview with Cristiano. It was a pleasure to share the stage with Alessandra Poggiani at the Ital_ IA event on Data and AI organised by Agenzia Dogane e Monopoli - ADM and Sogei, with the scientific contribution of Politecnico di Milano.  Our roundtable was an opportunity to have an interesting exchange on the power of data and AI research, and to share the main European policies and initiatives on these topics.   For achieving full AI potential in Europe, it is essential to remove barriers to data flows and create a single market for data, while still respecting the highest standards of privacy and security. Boosting independence and digital sovereignty will be also important to make sure we protect citizens’ data according to EU standards and values.
