Based on the results of the analysis, we decided to focus on expanding the product in the UK market, specifically targeting big financial companies.     After conducting thorough market research and analysis, I decided to expand the startup to another country, specifically Switzerland.

    The analysis was based on several key factors, including the size and growth of the market, consumer behavior, competition, and the overall potential of the opportunity. The results showed that Switzerland presents a unique and attractive market for the startup, with a high demand for the type of services and products offered.

    To further validate my findings, I conducted a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of entering the Swiss market. This helped me to understand the challenges that the startup may face and the steps needed to overcome them.

    The aim of the project is to develop an innovative service for the company and present an improved business model. Initially, an external and internal analysis were performed, with the objective to have a better understanding of the company and its industry. As a result, it was possible to identify a coherent solution, aligned with the company’s value proposition and strategy.

    Subsequently, the idea solution was conducted, following the approach of a design driven innovation. The focal point was to switch the company’s offering from content creation to a content marketing perspective. Considering this, a new meaning was developed with a radical innovation appeal. The new service offered includes an automated generation of AI-Buyer Personas and an in-live personalization of content, which is explained in detail during the report. Additionally, in order to understand the potential benefits of the service in terms of attractiveness for the customers and economic performance, feasibility and scalability analysis were carried out.

    We performed the financial analysis of Inditex, leveraging on the computation of the main profitability and liquidity indicators and benchmarking with competitors in the same industry.
    The overall analysis highlighted group’s strong position in the fashion-retail market, made possible by its flexibility and by owning the whole value-chain, enabling them to be more responsive to customers’ needs. After a critical discussion of results, we drafted an outlook for the next future.

    Our analysis was focused on Virgin Galactic, owned by Richard Branson. We examined the startup by leveraging both traditional and innovative methodological tools of Strategy Formulation Process (e.g., Porter’s 5 Forces, PESTEL Analysis, RBV, BOS).
    Moreover, to get a clear idea of Satellite Internet industry we drew its general Business Model Canvas highlighting commonalities and differences among the main players involved.

    We redesigned the organizational structure of a manufacturing company (Direct Drive) by applying analysis methodologies and modeling of business processes, followed by the budgeting of our solution.
    Thanks to this group project we have developed critical reading skills of results and their applicability.
