order for them to become self-confident, self-employed and build a successful enterprise (profit-generating and/or with social objectives) in the host countries.
The project will achieve this objective by offering a targeted and comprehensive business creation support scheme that takes into account the migrant and well as an inter-cultural approach.

It is estimated that only around 5% of business angels in Europe are women. Yet, with an employment rate of women in the EU of 63.4%, and more and more women holding leadership positions and taking decisions in companies, there is an increased number of women with private funds, willing to invest, that could be potential business angels in Europe. These women represent an underdeveloped source of investors in Europe.
Built on this, the LEAN IN THE WBAs Network Community project will develop a programme to stimulate, enhance and empower female entrepreneurship, increasing the visibility of female investors and nurturing women business angels incidence in the sector by providing powerful training.
This will facilitate international outlook, create the conditions for bringing out women leadership positions, improve the opportunity for accessing to funds by women entrepreneurs coming from cross-cutting market sectors,ultimately boosting their opportunity to growth at international level, and increasing the competitiveness of the participant countries’ entrepreneurs. E-ship (Erasmus Entrepreneurship) is a project aiming to encourage an entrepreneurial culture at a trans-national level and to promote entrepreneurship, particularly among the creative and cultural industries, yet with a particular attention to “female entrepreneurs”.
The overall concept of the project - underlined also by its name - is to promote and enhance a broader entrepreneurship culture and mindset, on one side providing nascent entrepreneurs with proper experienced guidance in the “sea of entrepreneurship” and on the other allowing experienced entrepreneurs to explore new horizons (seas) in accessing new markets. On top of that, E- ship project will develop a programme to locally enhance entrepreneurship, facilitate international outlook and boost the competitiveness of the participant countries’ entrepreneurs within the selected market sectors and target groups, namely: 1) digital media and audiovisual; 2) tourism; 3) cultural heritage; 4) fashion; 5) 3D printing; 5) design. Through a unique tool for semantic retrieval of disaggregated data, UNIMOVING find alternatives connections between universities and study-places, and third parties which provide the transport services, as well as hospitality.
The project was designed together with Seat®, exploiting data coming from Tuttocittà™, Pagine Gialle™ and Pagine Bianche™.
Thanks to its open technology, UNIMOVING could be easily implemented on browsers, tablets and smart-phones, while some of its processed, clustered data are delivered worldwide for free in an open format to be re-used by third parties.
