Refreshing logical sessions has several hard coded parameters, like the write concern timeout for updates to config.system.sessions (recently changed from 15 to 60 in ~~SERVER-94571~~) and the number of updates per batch. If a cluster hits problems with session refresh, it could be useful to change these parameters.
