It’s time for LAZER 103.3’s annual Costumes for Kids, in partnership with Goodwill of Central Iowa!
Help kids in need this Halloween! LAZER 103.3 is collecting new or gently used costumes, trick-or-treat pails, and cash donations to benefit Children & Families of Iowa.
DONATE COSTUMES:
- Donations will be accepted at Des Moines Media Group offices (1416 Locust St.) from Monday, Sept. 29 through Friday, Oct. 17. This is the only location your costume donations will be accepted.
LAZER will also be on-site at Goodwill locations to collect cash donations at the following times:
- Urbandale Goodwill – Friday, Oct. 3, 4–6 pm
- West Des Moines Goodwill – Friday, Oct. 10, 4–6 pm
Plus, when you shop at any Goodwill of Central Iowa during these weekends, you can round up your purchase to the nearest dollar—your donation goes directly to Costumes for Kids.

LAZER 103.3 will bring all costume donations to Children & Families of Iowa where they will distribute them to kids within their child development center programs to ensure that no kid goes without a costume this Halloween.
