Azure OpenAI Quota Increase Request With No Response

Hi,

I submitted a quota increase request for Azure OpenAI (GPT-4.1 model, finetuned) in the Sweden Central region.

I’ve requested multiple times (through the form) and contacted [email protected] and [email protected] several times, but have received no response at all.

I’m completely stuck, as this quota increase is blocking my startup’s product launch. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could assist or redirect me to the right team who can help review this.
