JSON Schema Bits: Let’s Talk Tuples! Did you know JSON Schema lets you define arrays where each position has a different type? That’s called a tuple! In the code snippet below representing a street address; ✔️ The first item must be a number (e.g., a street number) ✔️ The second item must be a string (e.g., the name of the street) ✔️ The third item must be one of "Street", "Avenue", or "Boulevard" ✔️ The fourth item must be one of "NW", "NE", "SW", or "SE" ⚠️ Since "items" is not set to false, additional items are allowed after the fourth position unless you explicitly add "items": false to prevent them. It’s a powerful feature when your array follows a specific structure, think of it like setting the shape of each position.
