About the Role

Working in collaboration with multiple Market Account Executives, the Market Sales Coordinator will support day-to-day execution across Boston, Los Angeles, and New York.


This includes generating proposals, managing the workflow of contracts, coordinating with operations, and ensuring successful campaign delivery. Over time, the Market Sales Coordinator will develop skills in pipeline support, targeted outreach, and CRM hygiene, preparing for potential promotion to Sales Planner.


What You’ll Do

Pre-Sales Support

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and option grids for multiple markets
  • Manage inventory avails and holds in coordination with Operations
  • Apply approved rate cards and ensure pricing accuracy

Post-Sales Stewardship

  • Route contracts, insertion orders, and billing details
  • Provide posting photos, proof-of-play reports, and recap decks

Pipeline & CRM

  • Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce
  • Create weekly activity and pipeline reports across markets

Cross-Market Coordination

  • Balance competing deadlines for multiple AEs and numerous clients/projects
  • Serve as the hub for communication between the Markets, Operations, and Finance teams

Client & Internal Communication

  • Liaise with agencies and direct clients as needed for trafficking and proof-of-performance
  • Ensure sellers are armed with clean materials and timely updates

Prospecting & Marketing Support

  • Research new prospects for each market; support outbound campaigns
  • Draft and send e-blasts or event invites on behalf of AEs


Who You Are

  • Early career professional with a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of advertising, sales, marketing, or media experience (OOH experience preferred)
  • Strong communicator and team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to effectively support multiple stakeholders across multiple geographies
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle simultaneous deadlines and maintain accuracy
  • Tech-savvy with solid skills in PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn

All of our full time roles in New York are based at our headquarters in Union Square, where our whole team thrives on in-person collaboration in the office Monday through Thursday of each week. Being onsite for the majority of our workweek enables us to build strong connections, collaborate effectively to solve challenges, and foster an engaging environment.In our New York City HQ, you’ll work alongside the whole senior leadership team, including our founders.


Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is between $24 to $28 per hour, with an anticipated minimum of 2.5 hours of overtime per week. We also offer medical, vision and dental insurance, unlimited time off, commuter benefits, and 401(k).

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, business and organizational needs, and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
