About the Role:
Novaris Search are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Southeast US region for our client, a prominent liquid and powder coatings manufacturer globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets
Drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and product delivery
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive edge
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
Lead, mentor, and support the regional sales team to maximize their potential
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in the coatings or related industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Willingness to travel within the region as needed
