Our team in Serbia recently took part in a unique experience on the beautiful slopes of Mountain Kopaonik — combining team spirit with sustainability! This initiative is part of the CIP Project – Ardagh’s Forest, which began during AIR FEST 2025, a festival dedicated to nature protection. At AIR FEST, we collected cans and organized recycling workshops for children, committing to plant a tree for every can collected. The Kopaonik team-building marked the next phase of this project: planting over 1,500 trees to help restore local forests and spending time together in nature. In addition, employees took home 500 trees to plant in their urban surroundings, extending the impact of this initiative beyond the mountains. This reflects our commitment to environmental responsibility and collaboration, proving that when we work together, we can make a real difference. No final de setembro, a Ardagh fez parte de dois marcos importantes em Manaus, reforçando seu compromisso com a educação e o desenvolvimento social. Em parceria com a Rede Educare e via Lei Federal de Incentivo à Cultura, foram entregues a primeira Biblioteca do Futuro 4.0 na Escola Etelvina Pereira Braga e a Casinha de Livros na Escola Santa Rosa II. Mais de 1.000 alunos da educação infantil e do ensino fundamental serão beneficiados com espaços modernos e lúdicos que incentivam a leitura, a curiosidade científica e o aprendizado criativo. Colaboradores da planta participaram como voluntários, ajudando na organização dos espaços e montagem dos ambientes. Our team at AMP-E in Poland came together to mark a major milestone — the 30th anniversary of our facility in Radomsko. From a single production line in 1995 to three today, the site reflects decades of innovation, collaboration, and continuous progress. The anniversary picnic brought together colleagues from across AMP-E Poland, creating a wonderful opportunity to connect, share memories, and celebrate everything we’ve achieved together. Highlights included a popular plant tour for guests and non-production employees, heartfelt reunions with retirees, and a lively atmosphere filled with laughter and pride — despite the weather! Ardagh’s European CEOs and leadership teams recently got together at our AMP production facility in Haßloch, Germany to reinforce our commitment to education as a strategic priority. Their presence underscored how leadership is actively shaping the future by investing in STEM education and workforce development. Through our partnership Wissensfabrik and local schools in our German communities, students are engaged in hands-on learning – from IT2School programming to City4Future design-thinking workshops – exploring future skills, sustainability and career pathways. We’re proud of the impact we’ve made since 2022: • Partnered with 160 schools • Trained 570 teachers • Reached 24,000 students Germany currently faces a shortage of 163,000 skilled STEM workers; partnerships like this are helping to address this shortage. In fact, every one of AMP Haßloch’s 2025 apprentices comes from our school network.
