We are looking for a seasoned and motivated SAP Logistics Manager to join our team.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to manage global SAP Logistics operations and build high-performing teams. You will have a significant impact on strategic initiatives, project delivery, and fostering client and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
Oversee a team of SAP professionals, providing leadership and direction for all SAP Logistics activities
Recruit, develop, and guide top-performing SAP Logistics teams across various global locations
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, staffing, performance evaluation, career growth, and compensation
Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at advancing SAP Logistics capabilities and organizational growth
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design proposals and create project statements of work
Maintain direct communication with customers, ensuring high-quality delivery, team performance, and adherence to project schedules
Stay up to date with SAP Logistics best practices and ensure their implementation across operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Engineering roles
Minimum of 2 years in leadership or management positions, such as Lead, Manager, Architect, or Coordinator
At least 1 year of experience managing teams of 5 or more employees
Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations or experience launching a product or core capability to market
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Logistics (SCM), with practical experience in implementation and functionality
Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients
Nice to have
Certifications in SAP Logistics modules such as SCM or related areas
