This evening, I had the honour of being conferred as a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) at the Fellowship Award and Certification Ceremony held at the World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur. I am deeply grateful for this recognition and the opportunity to stand among such accomplished individuals. This milestone reflects not just a personal journey, but the collective efforts of the many teams, mentors, and collaborators I’ve had the privilege to work with over the years. This milestone also reinforces my commitment to ethical leadership, operational excellence, and creating value across ecosystems; from transforming national R&D capabilities to empowering SMEs and academia, and fostering international collaboration. The journey continues, with a renewed purpose and a broader platform to contribute. Special thanks to my current mentors; Dr. Saat Shukri Embong, President and Group Chief Executive Officer, MIMOS Berhad and En. Abdul Rashdee Abdul Kadir, Group Chief Operating Officer, MIMOS Berhad whom continuously challenges the status quo, that indirectly help building our strengths and beliefs.
