What does it take to grow into leadership? For the first cohort of the Pulse Management Accelerator Programme (MAP), it meant stepping out of comfort zones to learn new ways to lead and tackle real business challenges together. Pulse MAP is a leadership development initiative designed to equip managers at Pulse with critical leadership skills to succeed in dynamic media and digital environments. Launched as part of Pulse’s commitment to building internal capacity and fostering professional growth, Pulse MAP supports team members transitioning into management roles or already leading small teams. Over six sessions, the programme equips cohorts with critical capabilities in personal management styles, communication, strategic thinking, and solving real business challenges. Congratulations to the first cohort of the programme:  • Racheal Njoroge - Pulse Kenya  • Jan Rotas - Pulse Nigeria  • Miriam Musyoki - Pulse Kenya & Pulse Uganda  • Ruth Nartey - Pulse Ghana  • Olamide Oshinaya - Pulse Picks • Osose Abraham - Pulse Nigeria  • Odametey Salim - Pulse Ghana Interested in building your career at Pulse? When youth culture meets brand strategy, magic happens🚀 That’s exactly what unfolded at a hands-on workshop with Reckitt’s local and international Health & Wellness leaders. During the session, Katharina Link, Fiona Weeks, and Osose Abraham from Pulse shared cutting-edge insights on youth culture, drawing from our extensive work across Pulse Media and Pulse Marketing. Pulse's partnership with Reckitt has already delivered outstanding campaigns for the Durex brand, including the bold Mutual Climax and Unequal Dinner campaigns that resonated deeply with our audience. With over 70 million young people in our community across six African countries, Pulse has spent more than a decade mastering the art of authentic brand-youth connections. The future looks bright!💫 #WeArePulse
