Kozijnbouw, a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic window frames, doors and sliding doors, within the private homes renovations market, is entering a dynamic new growth phase with the support of private equity investor HHM Partners—and Harry steps in at a pivotal moment. As CCO, Harry will focus on scaling B2B activities, streamlining and professionalizing both B2B and B2C sales functions, and enhancing Kozijnbouw’s commercial infrastructure. He will lead the commercial teams, deepen customer relationships, and work closely with the rest of the management team and HHM Partners. With a Commercial Economics background and a leadership style rooted in clarity, trust, and people-focused growth, Harry brings the right mix of pragmatism and drive to help realize Kozijnbouw’s ambitious plans.
